1. Principle and justification

The policy for handling complaints has been established by Teck Bee Hang Co., LTD., in an effort to conduct business that upholds ethical standards and effective corporate governance. If a whistleblower is identified, a fair investigation will be conducted to reach an equitable outcome. This is to ensure convenience for both internal and external complainants.

2. Whistleblower Protection and Confidentiality

To protect the legal rights of individuals who provide truthful information or file complaints, the company will keep the identity, address, and any other personal information of the complainant or informant strictly confidential. The privacy of such individuals will be maintained, and no action will be taken that impedes the reporter’s work or results in any negative consequences arising from the disclosure of their report. Access to this information will be granted only to authorized personnel responsible for investigating the complaint. The information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone unless required by law.

3. Guidelines for filing complaints

To file a complaint or provide relevant information, please submit an email to whistleblower@teckbeehang.com. The source of the complaint will not be disclosed. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and/or the Chairman of the Audit Committee will review the content of the complaint and forward it to the responsible person or department as appropriate. The investigation will be conducted by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Audit Committee until the conclusion of the process. If the case is deemed critical or has legal implications, the Company may invite independent parties to participate in the investigation. These may include members of the Board of Directors, external auditors, internal auditors, forensic specialists, police, or officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Revenue Department.

4. Methods for submitting grievances

The complainant should provide complete and accurate information, including their name, address, and contact details. The grievance should be addressed to the Audit Committee before submission.

บริษัท ยางไทยปักษ์ใต้ จำกัด ได้จัดทำนโยบายการจัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจโดยยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานด้านจริยธรรมและการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ หากมีการเปิดเผยตัวผู้แจ้งเบาะแส บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการสอบสวนอย่างเป็นธรรมเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่เหมาะสมและเที่ยงธรรม ทั้งนี้ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ร้องเรียนทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

2. การคุ้มครองผู้แจ้งเบาะแสและการรักษาความลับ

เพื่อคุ้มครองสิทธิทางกฎหมายของผู้ให้ข้อมูลหรือผู้ร้องเรียนที่ให้ข้อมูลโดยสุจริต บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ของผู้แจ้งเบาะแสหรือผู้ร้องเรียนไว้เป็นความลับอย่างเคร่งครัด บริษัทฯ จะรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวของบุคคลดังกล่าว และจะไม่ดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงานของผู้แจ้งข้อมูล หรือก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบในทางลบจากการเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ ทั้งนี้ บุคคลที่จะสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้รับผิดชอบในการสอบสวนข้อร้องเรียนเท่านั้น โดยบริษัทฯ จะรักษาข้อมูลดังกล่าวไว้เป็นความลับ และจะไม่เปิดเผยให้แก่ผู้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย

3. แนวทางการยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียน

หากต้องการยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียนหรือให้ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรุณาส่งอีเมลมาที่ whistleblower@teckbeehang.com โดยบริษัทฯ จะไม่เปิดเผยแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลการร้องเรียนแต่อย่างใด ประธานกรรมการบริษัทฯ และ/หรือ ประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาเรื่องร้องเรียนและส่งต่อไปยังผู้มีอำนาจตามหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ การสอบสวนจะดำเนินการโดยประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหาร (CEO) และคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ จนกว่ากระบวนการจะแล้วเสร็จ หากกรณีดังกล่าวมีความสำคัญหรือมีผลทางกฎหมาย บริษัทฯ อาจเชิญหน่วยงานอิสระเข้าร่วมในการสอบสวน เช่น คณะกรรมการบริษัท ผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก ผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน ผู้ตรวจพิสูจน์ทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่จากกระทรวงพาณิชย์และกรมสรรพากร

4. วิธีการยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียน

ผู้ร้องเรียนควรระบุข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ และข้อมูลติดต่อ พร้อมทั้งระบุว่าเรื่องร้องเรียนดังกล่าวส่งถึงคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบก่อนดำเนินการส่งเรื่อง

บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการสอบสวนและจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียน โดยผลการสอบสวนจะถูกส่งต่อไปยังหน่วยงานหรือผู้มีอำนาจที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนอย่างเหมาะสม และให้ข้อมูลถึงบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ผู้ร้องเรียนจะได้รับแจ้งผลการดำเนินการทางอีเมล และผลการสอบสวนจะถูกรายงานต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อรับทราบด้วยเช่นกัน
