Sustainability Governance Structure

The Company has established a Sustainability Management Committee and Executive Team, comprising the Management Committee, the Sustainability Department, and the Executive Team. They are responsible for planning, monitoring, and developing initiatives to achieve the Company’s sustainability objectives and targets as follows

Reviews policies, strategies, targets, operational approaches, and supports sustainability-related activities of the Company.

Executive Team

Sustainability Department

• Defines sustainability strategies, targets, and operational approaches, and presents them to the Sustainability Management Committee.
• Oversees, supervises, and audits sustainability activities across all branches to ensure alignment with Company policies.
• Analyzes performance and develops sustainability initiatives in accordance with international standards and best practices.
• Promotes engagement with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational sustainability.
• Prepares reports and summarizes performance results to guide future planning.
• Reports performance to the Committee, prepares the annual sustainability report, coordinates and communicates with customers and stakeholders, and manages ESG ratings from various agencies.
